Every year almost all delegates choose to be part of this exciting networking event.
And for this 2022 edition, we will be offering a Caribbean Dinner directly on the beach side with local food, drinks and entertainment.

Terms and conditions

Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees
Cancellations before February 28, 2022 will be refunded (a U$D 100 administrative fee will apply).
Cancellations received from March 1, 2022 onwards will not be refunded.
Registration may be transferred to another delegate.

Cancellation Policy for accomodation option
Cancellations received 30 days prior to check in will be refunded with no penalty.
Cancellations received less than 29 days prior to check will be charged the entire stay.

Cancellation policy for Networking Dinner
In case of cancellation, it may be transferred to another delegate but it is not refundable.

Consent to use photograhic images
Registration and/or attendance to any of the meetings or activities, constitutes authorization by the delegate to use or distribute any images, voice, videos, etc., now and in the future.
