Registration cancellation policy

  • Cancellations received in writting before November 30, 2016 will be refunded less an administrative fee of u$100.
  • Cancellations received after December 1, 2016 will not be refunded (but can be switched to another delegate).

WALA has secured a limited number of rooms for our delegates at "I Portici Hotel"
It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Bologna, and allows participants to better take advantage of networking and social activities
The conference will be taking place at the airport conference center, located just 15 minutes away from the hotel, and daily transportation to/from conference will be provided
Rates includes breakfast, taxes and wi fi in hotel lobby


Accomodation Cancellation policy:
  • 46 days prior to reservation check in date will have no penalty
  • Between 45 days and 30 days before reservation check in date will have 1 night stay penalty deducted from your credit card
  • Between 29 days and 15 days before reservation check in date will have 2 nights stay penalty deducted from your credit card
  • Less Than 14 days, entire stay will be deducted from your credit card

Limited rooms are available on the conference week, so we strongly suggest to book in advance!!!!
Networking Dinner & Entertainment on Thursday 19 January

WALA conference used to leave Thursday night open with no activities, to allow informal networking between participants.

However given the strong demand we had in previous years, we now offer this alternative that has become very popular in the past editions with the attendance of most of the delegates

It will be taking place at a traditional local restaurant (Papagallo), located in downtown Bologna, a few blocks away from I Portici Hotel, on Thursday 19th January at 8:pm (meeting point: I Portici Hotel lobby 7:45pm)
